To use high quality eco building technology to guaranty advanced ecological design and construction of our project and to create a sustainable exotic and natural lifestyle combined with maximum luxury.
To establish an organic garden area with a large variety of herbs, fruits and vegetables to be used in our menus and treatments.
To guaranty energy self sufficiency with our own micro hydro-electric power plant
Property Description
The property is located in a riverbed on the Peninsula of Samaná / Dominican Republic with a direct access to a picturesque oceanfront and a secluded sandy Beach.
The area gives you a protected warm feeling and, with its natural tropical beauty, offers the perfect location for a spa & fretreat. The flow of water in the riverbed provides a permanent energetic cleansing.
Location
Samaná is considered to be one of the most beautiful areas of the Dominican Republic, yet remains one of the least known by Dominican natives in general and foreign visitors in particular. The tourist Industry has not yet explored it’s full potential and it’s natural beauty and riches comprising tropical forests, coconut groves, cozy alcove beaches with turquoise crystal clear waters, waterfalls, national parks, a the protected bay remains largely unharmed. Samaná is also known to be the area with the highest density of coconut palm trees in the Caribbean and is one of the breeding places of the humpback whale. Thousands of humpback whales come to the coast of Samaná from January to March. You can watch this unique natural spectacle directly from our location.
Current Status
C.S. Dominicana S.R.L. holds the property within the El Taino – Tropical Paradise natural reserve and is starting to transform the area into a tropical garden environment suited with infrastructure to accommodate the Spa & Retreat facility.
The Mayor of Samaná and the Minister of Tourism have granted their support for a sustainable approach of the touristic development of the area.

Preliminary preparations of the property and planning of the necessary infrastructure and construction are in progress.
