To conserve a stretch of ocean front land, its riverbeds and subaquatic biotopes, comprising 1 km of coastline, 4 fresh water springs, two rivers and creeks, tropical fruit tree orchards and organic plantations as well as a spectacular secluded sandy beach and panoramic hilltops.

To achieve our objective we offer individual units on a pre-sale basis as well as investment portfolios for larger scale investors at competitive rates.

All individual residential units will be organized as a condominium with buyers holding the title for their units in their name and the condominium as such is to be imbedded in our private Natural Reserve.

With the proceeds we purchase additional land in order to amplify the Natural Reserve and to protect our natural environment.

The Natural Reserve as such is to be held by a foundation dedicated to preserving its nature and at the same time securing the sustainability of our project. It will also provide the recreational spaces such as beaches, rivers, walkways and natural pools available to all individual owners.

The use of its natural resources will be dedicated to organic agriculture to fund the foundations activities and to maintain a fenceless infrastructure of walkways, natural pool & terrace landscapes, pergolas and contemplation places as well as an area for social activities, reading and studying.

All of this in the secure settings of the protected compound of our reserve  for the  benefit and use of the proprietors and the foundations activities.

Furthermore it is our goal to achieve clean energy self-sufficiency through our own micro hydroelectric power plant  as is the protection of our clean fresh water resources.
